Our landlord program was created for the landlord with one to four living units.
This Program Covers:
- Rental Homes
- Duplexes, triplexes and quads
- Row homes
- Vacant homes
Specialty Homeowners
We have specialized programs for properties and customers who do not qualify for a homeowners policy in preferred markets.
This program targets:
- Homes with minor cosmetic conditions
- Properties that are older or lower in value
- Customers with credit or loss issues
- Customers who have had a lapse in coverage, or have been cancelled, declined or non-renewed
